Memphis Style Dry Rub

Joey G's Sauce Company's Memphis Style Dry Rub: Make magnificent Memphis-style ribs! Apply dry rub liberally to both sides of the ribs. Allow the spice to soak in overnight in the fridge. Cook low and slow at 250°F, occasionally spritz or mop with apple juice/vinegar mix. Cook until 195°F internal temp; about 3–4 hours.

INGREDIENTS: BROWN SUGAR, WHITE SUGAR, PAPRIKA, SALT, ONION, GARLIC, AND SPICE MIX.
