The Sauce

“I have known Joey for 20+ years and his family recipe for hot sauce is one of the best kept secrets. For years we have been enjoying it on wing nights, backyard barbecues, and as a condiment to bring a little kick/flavor to a bland dish. I've tried it on burgers, wings, pizza, in chili recipes (the list goes on) and there is nothing it doesn't go well with. Joey's used his culinary expertise and knowledge from over the years to really refine this recipe and make it his own.

The sauce itself is thick and covers really well, it balances a nice heat with tremendous flavor, and best of all keeps wings crispy after they're tossed. You can not go wrong with this sauce!”
Jarret (West Virginia)

“This sauce is the bomb.com! I was a chef for 4 years in college and I can tell you that this sauce is the real deal! You will never taste a better wing sauce!”
Tom (Maryland)

“Would highly recommend this sauce. It has a unique blend of spices and has a good heat but does not overpower. Is great on any kind of chicken but not limited to only chicken it's also good on pork and beef.”
Josh (Tennessee)

“Truly more than just wing sauce. I’ve used this sauce on my eggs for breakfast, along side some clams to dip them in, and I use it just as a dipping sauce whenever. It’s full of flavor and makes a wonderful addition to any dish. The mild is nice but to get the full flavor I’d recommend getting the hot.”
Christopher (Washington)

“Sweet and tangy with a little bit of spice, delicious with wings, great with eggs, and one of my surprise favorites was with country fried steak/gravy. The bottle did not last long at all.”
Mark (Washington)
