
Joey G’s Breakfast Burrito

INGREDIENTS
2 Large Eggs
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Pepperoni, diced
1 Tbsp Green Pepper, diced
1 Tbsp Red Onion, diced
1 Tbsp White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 10-inch Tortilla Shell
4 Tbsp Joey G’s Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- In sauté pan, on MED heat, crisp pepperoni and then drain grease.
- Add olive oil and cook peppers and onions until tender.
- Place pepperoni, peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese on a tortilla shell.
- In sauté pan, scramble eggs and then add to the tortilla shell.
- Add Joey G’s sauce.
- Fold shell closed and toast in sauté pan until golden brown.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
- For more flavor, use Joey G’s as a dipping sauce.
