Joey G’s Breakfast Burrito

INGREDIENTS

2 Large Eggs

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Pepperoni, diced

1 Tbsp Green Pepper, diced

1 Tbsp Red Onion, diced

1 Tbsp White Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 10-inch Tortilla Shell

4 Tbsp Joey G’s Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In sauté pan, on MED heat, crisp pepperoni and then drain grease.
  • Add olive oil and cook peppers and onions until tender.
  • Place pepperoni, peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese on a tortilla shell.
  • In sauté pan, scramble eggs and then add to the tortilla shell.
  • Add Joey G’s sauce.
  • Fold shell closed and toast in sauté pan until golden brown.
  • Cut in half and enjoy!
  • For more flavor, use Joey G’s as a dipping sauce.
